I'd like to cancel my order!

Unfortunately, cancellations are only possible under certain conditions.

Our system immediately forwards orders to our warehouse. Your order is typically packed the same day and shipped no later than the next business day. For this reason, it is often no longer possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

What you can do:

Send a Cancellation Request
Please send us your cancellation request as soon as possible. We'll check right away to see if the order can still be stopped in time. However, we cannot guarantee this.

Refuse to Accept the Delivery
If the order is already on its way, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person. The package will then be automatically returned to us.

Refund
As soon as the merchandise has been returned to us and processed, we will initiate the refund process. The purchase amount will then be refunded to you.
