Spreader settings for our sports and play fields

Proper adjustment of the spreader is crucial for an even spread pattern. The recommended application rate for sports and play fields is 20 g per m². The following information is based on practical experience and is provided for guidance.

The following settings are based on customer experiences and have not been officially tested. Please check them yourself before use and adjust them as needed. Use at your own risk.

Here's how you can easily find the right setting on your own:

• Select an area of 1 m² on a flat surface

• Optionally, you can lay down a sheet of plastic

• Spread the seeds evenly using the seed spreader

• Then sweep up the grit and weigh it

• Is the amount approximately 20 g, adjust the setting

• If it's too much or too little, adjust the level accordingly
