Product Instructions: Premium Summer Fertilizer
Summer is here, the sun is shining—but high temperatures and dry conditions are taking a heavy toll on your lawn. Turbogrün Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer supports your lawn during this challenging time. It reliably supplies it with essential nutrients, prevents scorching, and ensures that your lawn remains lush, thick, and healthy even in the summer.
This fertilizer is particularly well-suited for lawns that require intensive care. It is ideal for large ornamental lawns, parks, green spaces, picnic areas, sports fields, and golf courses. The Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer is also very well-suited for laying new sod.
Reason for Use
The Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer is ideal for regularly fertilizing an established lawn during the summer months. It helps the lawn better withstand heat and drought stress, promotes a dense turf, and ensures an even, rich green color.
Instructions for Using the Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer
To ensure the fertilizer works most effectively, we recommend the following procedure:
1. Prepare the appropriate amount
Weigh out the required amount in advance to avoid using too much (example: 100 square meters x 40 grams = 4 kilograms)
Recommended dosage: 40 g per square meter of lawn
2. Spread the fertilizer evenly
Fill the spreader with fertilizer outside the lawn area
Ideally, use a fertilizer spreader or disc spreader
Spread the fertilizer evenly across the lawn, both lengthwise and crosswise
Our tip: The turbo spreader set to level 5 is ideal for this application. IMPORTANT: Do not apply at temperatures above 25 degrees!
3. Water thoroughly
Water the lawn after fertilizing with about 10–15 l/m², and if it doesn't rain, water it again the next day
Alternatively, you can also take advantage of the rain that's starting to fall
Watering causes the fertilizer to dissolve quickly, and the nutrients are delivered directly to the roots.
Use in combination with other products
Overseeding or Replanting:
You should wait at least 4 weeks between applying the Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer and reseeding or laying new sod. Immediately after reseeding or laying new sod, we generally recommend using the Organic Lawn Fertilizer.Weed killer:
First, apply the Premium Summer Lawn Fertilizer. The weed killer should then be applied after 2 weeks, so that the weeds have developed sufficient foliage.
