Preparation
The lawn grass should be dry
Mow the lawn as short as possible so that the sand is easier to spread

Before sanding, aerate or scarify the lawn—aerification is even better. You can also combine these methods, which significantly improves the results.
Spreading sand
There are several ways to spread the lawn sand:
with a spreader
from the wheelbarrow, roughly spread with a shovel
Spread the bags of lawn sand evenly across the lawn and empty them
Important when using a spreader:
Fill the spreader outside the lawn area
Weigh the required amount beforehand
Follow the general dosage guidelines: approx. 1.5 kg/m²

Important Note
Larger bumps in the lawn should not be filled with lawn sand, but rather with Lawn Soil be leveled. Lawn sand is used to improve the soil and fine-tune the level—not to fill in deep depressions.
