During which season should Turbogrün Extra-Power be applied?

turbogrün Extra Power is intended as a supplement to regular fertilization and is not a substitute for a slow-release fertilizer. It is used specifically when the lawn needs a quick boost of nutrients.

Typical reasons for use:

• The grass is growing very slowly now

• the color becomes pale or loses its intensity

• The lawn should become noticeably greener and healthier in the short term

In these situations, Extra Power provides a quick supply of nitrogen and delivers a visible freshness boost.

Recommended period of use:

• March through September

Application later in the fall or winter is not recommended. The high nitrogen content can increase the risk of disease during the cold season, particularly snow mold (Microdochium nivale).
