I would like to cancel my order!

Unfortunately, it is difficult to cancel an order. Our system immediately triggers the order in our warehouse and the order is packed on the same day and dispatched the next day at the latest.
Nevertheless, please send us your cancellation request and we will check for you whether it is still possible to cancel.

Finally, you have the option of refusing to accept the parcel from the letter carrier. This means that the order is automatically returned to us and the order processing begins. As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive your refund.
