Where is my order?

A delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. Sometimes it can also happen that your ordered product is delayed in delivery. But here too, we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed.

It may well be that your delivery arrives on different delivery days, as orders with several items sometimes have to be sent separately.

Check the following points to be sure:

  • Is there an order confirmation?

  • Address on the order confirmation/invoice (spelling mistakes, possibly old address)

  • Was the "Instant transfer" payment system able to debit the outstanding amount from the account?

  • Is there a regional delay in delivery?

  • Did my neighbor accept my parcel despite the lack of notification?

  • Is the parcel at the agreed drop-off location?

    Attention! Please do not indicate waste garbage cans as a storage location, as these are emptied regularly.

  • Which product is missing?

  • First and last name

  • E-mail address with which you placed your order

  • Order number

  • Order date
