Product instructions: Organic lawn fertilizer
Before you start fertilizing, the lawn grass should be dry and shortened by a third. Make sure that the reel or sickle of your lawn mower is sharp when mowing. The Turbogrün organic lawn fertilizer is best applied with a centrifugal spreader, e.g. with our Turbo spreader at level 5 or with a spreader wagon. You can find the spreader table here.
If you are working with a spreader wagon, we recommend the following procedure:
To fill in the fertilizer, it is best to place the spreader outside the lawn. Then mark out an area of 1 square meter on a flat surface; optionally, a film can be laid out on the area. Spread the organic lawn fertilizer evenly over this area with the spreader, then collect the spreading material again and weigh it. If it is approx. 100 g, then the setting is correct. If it is too much/too little, optimize the level;
We recommend measuring the exact amount for the lawn before applying and making sure that it is evenly distributed. It is best if you fertilize directly before an expected downpour, or water the lawn extensively after fertilizing with 10-15 l/m²;
The more experienced among you can also spread the fertilizer by hand. Always spread the fertilizer evenly! For optimum spreading results, run half of the specified dosage over the lawn lengthwise and half crosswise. To avoid over-fertilization, do not allow the spreading paths to overlap, but over-fertilization with our Turbogreen organic lawn fertilizer almost impossible. Incidentally, you can recognize an overdose by the fact that the lawn turns brown, it "burns";
Especially in spring, we recommend taking a soil sample before the first fertilization so that you know the exact nutrient content of your lawn. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail so that we can advise you individually on how many grams of Turbogreen organic lawn fertilizer you can still apply. You can also switch completely to our Turbogrün organic lawn fertilizer or use it as a supplement to mineral fertilization. Its advantages are that it not only promotes soil fertility and soil activity, but also has a slightly water-retaining effect. Our Turbogreen organic lawn fertilizer consists of purely plant-based, GMO-free ingredients and is therefore vegan, meaning that applying this organic fertilizer poses no risk to children or animals. It also has a pleasant smell, so it does not stink, and the lawn can be walked on immediately after fertilizing, as it does not need to be watered immediately, although we still recommend watering. It can also be used very well in combination with our lawn aerator;
