Product instructions: Turbogreen lawn lime

Before liming, we recommend measuring the pH value of the soil. Self-tests can be purchased in stores for this purpose. However, it is best to have a professional Soil analysis in a laboratory, which you can order from us.

The optimum time for application is in spring and fall. However, Turbogrün lawn lime can be applied all year round;

Before you start liming, the lawn grasses should be dry and the lawn mowed. Please weigh out the required quantity before filling. Observe the dosage (100 g/m² or amount according to the result of the soil analysis). Unlike a fertilizer, our turbo green lawn lime cannot be overdosed. It is best applied evenly with a centrifugal spreader or with our Turbospreader in Level 5.

The more experienced among you can use the Turbogreen lawn lime also spread by hand. For optimum spreading results, run half of the specified dosage over the lawn lengthwise and half crosswise. It is best if you lime directly before an expected rain shower, or water the lawn extensively after lime application with 10-15 l/m².

Waiting time between lawn lime and other products
You can easily use our lawn lime together with other products - no spacing is necessary. The lime can be applied directly before or after fertilizing. However, it is best to apply the lime a few weeks beforehand. This gives the soil time to raise the pH value and the lawn can absorb the nutrients from the fertilizer even better.
