How can I pause or cancel my lawn fertilizer subscription?

To cancel a subscription, you must first log in with your user account.

1. Log in to your customer portal.

2. Click on"Manage subscriptions"

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel subscription". If required, you can enter a reason for canceling and then confirm the cancellation by clicking on "More"click  

When you cancel your subscriptionpauseyou are welcome to contact our customer support. Please send an e-mail tosupport@turbogruen.de.
The pause can be canceled at any time.
