Important information about the subscription
From November, all subscriptions will be automaticallypausedand again in Marchactivated. Deliveries are therefore always made at the right time of year.
DieBillingis not paid annually, but before each delivery. This means that four payments are due per year - convenient and clear.
Before each subscription delivery, aE-mail with the announcementsent out. This leaves enough time to make changes.
When aDelivery skippeda reply to the announcement e-mail or contacting customer support is sufficient.
Changes to the plannedDelivery timecan be reported to customer support at any time.
